An oil painting done on the porch looking west as the afternoon spring storms passed through. One of the first storm paintings to challenge my ability to quickly put down believeable impressions. This was done in 1995
grown up girl with granddaughter. Plein air painter - watercolor and oil - love acrylic in studio - Have an old Mazda 4 wheel drive van that is just the right height to paint off the back with the door up protecting me from sun or rain. 16 years old it is and it will be hard to replace. always packed but not used enough (for painting that is) I see paintings all around me.
